How large are the Cambria samples?
Our standard stone samples are typically 5" x 5" or 12" x 12", providing a representative view of the color, depth, and movement of the quartz design.
How long will it take for my samples to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Are the samples refundable?
Sample orders are non-refundable. However, if a sample arrives damaged during transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a free replacement.
Will my final countertop look exactly like the sample?
Because Cambria is made from natural quartz, variations in shade, grain, and movement are inherent. Samples are intended to be a general representation of the overall design.
Do you offer professional trade discounts?
Yes, we offer a trade program for architects, designers, and builders. Please visit our Professional Portal to apply for a trade account and bulk sample ordering.
Is there a limit to how many samples I can order?
Residential customers can order up to 10 samples per transaction to help narrow down their selection for home improvement projects.
